A PAINT-BOX PICTURE
know what to wish for when there's only one wish, so 1 wished 'to get everything I want this Christmas!** I wonder what the Pudding-mixer would say if he knew. May all your wishes come true, Pixie People. Shall I tell you mine? I wished for sunshine . . . lots and lots of it . . . enough to stretch from here to holidays' end. And in thinking of "Christmas Pudding, fat and jolly, served with sauce and a sprig of holly," I almost forgot to tell you the results of the Painting Competition. Congratulations to Greyeyes* (13), "Queen Boadicea" (12), "Frosty Jack" (12), Alsace Lorraine (13) Jacqueline Beere (12) and "Flying Arroiv" (12). These flower pictures were beautifully coloured and mounted. See them when next you visit the Ring! ! FAIRIEL P.S. Please to remind scrapbook and toy-makers that giftmaking time is joery, very near, and young artists and writers that Printer Man wants all Christmas poems and stories soon. — F.
