Fernand Gravet, a new film star, is seen in his first film, "Romance in Paris," at the Palace Theatre. The picture deals with his amorous pursuit of an American chorus girl, played by Joan Blondell. Also in the cast are Edward Everett Horton, providing the laughs with Alan Mowbray. The second attraction, ''Panamints Bad Man," stars the singing cowboy Smith Bellew.
