BAND CONTEST
JUDGES APPOINTED

.Mr. H. Shugg, 'Melbourne, and Mr. James Dixon, Dunedin. nave been appointed principal and assistant judges respectively for the New Zealand championship band contest to be held in Christchurch from February 20 to February 25. Mr. Dixon was formerly conductor of the St. Kilda Band.
