ADRIFT OFF FRANCE
FINNISH TRAINING SHIP

PARIS, November 24.
The Finnish training ship Suomen Joutsen, with a crew of twenty-seven and sixty cadets aboard, dispatched an SOS that she was adrift in the Bay of Biscay. A French warship is speeding to the scene.
