STORY OF "PLAIN JANE"

Miss Mary Colville, 15 years of age, daughter of the Secretary of State for Scotland, is about to publish her first book, written when she was 13 years old. The story is called "Plain Jane," and is about her Shetland pony. She has illustrated it herself, though she has never had a drawing lesson in her life. Her publishers say that she has quite a knowledge of paper and printing.
