MAN SERIOUSLY HURT

CAR AND TRAM COLLIDE

After great difficulty Mr. J, McCrohon, of 195 Worser Bay Road. Seatoun, was extricated, in an unconscious condition, from a badly wrecked small saloon car which came into collision with a tram Car in Crawford Road, opposite Duncan Terrace, at 5.45 p.m. yesterday.

Mr. McCrohon was the sole occupant of the car. which had its hood and windshield forced down almost on to the front seat, both doors badly damaged, and the bonnet and panelling shattered The front of the tramcar was badly damaged. but the motorman escaped injury.

The condition of Mr. McCrohon, who was seriously injured, was reported this morning to be unchanged.
