I'olesraoh—Press Association —Cooyrtgni (Received November 19, 12.40 p.m.) LONDON, November 18 Despite fears that little assistance was forthcoming owing to doubts about Britain's ability to protect interests in the Balkans, it is understood that King Carol of Rumania secured short-term credits amounting to £8,000,000 for trade purposes.
King Carol and Prince Michael left today for Paris. King George saw them off at the station.
