TELEPHONE CALL CAUSES DEATH

OTTAWA, October 26.
That a telephone call had cost the life of a civic hospital patient was revealed at an inquest on a Mrs. Abraham Azar. Nurse Eunice Paul testified that a doctor gave wrong medicine she had supplied' while she answered the telephone before having an opportunity to consult him.
