ROAD SAFETY IN BRITAIN
LONDON, October 26.
As part of Britain's new road safety scheme for children, "road licences" are being awarded to children at Wembley. Dr. E. L. Burgin, Minister of Transport, in presenting the first of the awards, commended the idea of teaching children how to be good users of the roads.
