jj. Offenders against the City Council ' c bylaws appeared before Mr. J. H. Lux- , r ford, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court <j today. Mr. A. R. Cooper appeared for re the City Council. .; c For breaches of the parking regula- ;. tions, Harold Boon, Frederick David ■ s Braid, Charles Levin, and Joseph ts Zimme were fined £1 and costs. Ie Ernest Arthur Cash was fined £1 and 's costs on one charge, and 10s and costs on another. David Ganson was fined £1 and costs on each of two charges, Horace William Milner and Keith Watj« son were fined 15s and costs, and Ars> thur Edward Hardcastle and Harry a _ Gordon Owens were fined 10s and st costs- - e Phill Mayo was fined 10s and costs j- for having defective lights, and Alfred d Henry Luff and Frederick Walter a Thompson were convicted and orderL e ed to pay costs for having insufficient L e lights. i- John Owen Nolan was fined £1 and .c costs foi, failing to give way to pedests trians on a crossing.
