BLUFF RATES INCREASED

INVERCARGILL, October 26.

Following the lead of most other boards in New Zealand, the Bluff Harbour Board decided this evening to increase the wharfage dues by 10 per cent, from November 1. The increase is to meet the excess of estimated expenditure over. estimated revenue, the excess being £3740.
