The winners of the competitions played on the Strathmore Park links during the weekend were as follows: — Saturday: Eclectic stroke, Allwin, 25 net. Sunday: Bogey, McGregor, 2 down. Monday: Stableford, Weldon, 33 points. . . , , In the final for the captain's trophy F. Walker beat G. Nicholson, 1 up. On Sunday the club will hold a picnic day at the Riverside links, when the following competitions will be played:— , , , Morning, mixed stableford bogey; afternoon, medal round for ladies and men. Those unable to travel are asked to communicate with the secretary.
