VISIT BY ORCAD^S
OVER 800 PASSENGERS
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, October 26. Inaugurating' this season's programme of cruise ships from Australia, the new Orient liner Orcades, of 23,456 tons, • will arrive at Auckland from Brisbane at 8 o'clock on Friday morning. The Orcades, which is on her first visit to New Zealand, will remain in "port until midnight on Saturday, when she will leave for Wellington. A total of 836 passengers is carried by the liner, 180 being travellers from London, who will land at Auckland oi \ Wellington. A comprehensive programme has been arranged for the tourists for visits to inland resorts. A . number of the visitors will travel through the North Island and rejoin the Orcades before she leaves Wellington on Monjday for Sydney.
