An aged gelding by Little England from a ManiapotQ mare, Little Briton had his flrtt outirig in the hurdles at the recent Ohinemuri Meeting, which evidently improved him. and, judging by the game manner in which he fought out the finish on Monday, more success is likely to come his way in jumping .events.
