TRANSFER WITHOUT
TROUBLE

The British observers who went to Czechoslovakia to supervise the transfer of territory to Germany have re-, turned to England. The transfers were effected in a friendly spirit and with an absence of disturbance owing to the' conciliation shown on both sides. The Czech relief fund has reached £225,000.
