. . . i_ LONDON, October 23. A dispatch reports that Lord Craigavon,. Premier of Jtyorthern Ireland, in an interview*, declared that civil war would follow any attempt to implement Mr. de Valera|s Manifesto demanding' a united Ireland, inasmuch as no Ulster leader could prevent loyalists from taking: matters into their own hands. Ulster felt that it was time to terminate p\lr. de ValeraV activities.
