EXPECTED CHANGE
COLLABORATION WITH POLES AND HUNGARIANS

It is stated in Kaunas that Lithuania, apparently impressed with the prospect of German domination of central Europe and doubting support from England, France, and Russia in a policy of detachment, is about to abandon her long-t'ostered suspicions of Poland and Hungary, and to collaborate with them,
It is said that Lithuania proposes to accord minority rights to the Lithuanian Poles, to suppress a patriotic organisation which -is urging the reconqijest of Vilna, and to modify the security acts against the Memel Germans.
