Herbert Street Buildings, Ltd., a private company, is to build immediately a three-storeyed building in Herbert Street, adjoining Fowlds, Ltd., in Manners Street. The whole of the ground floor area, covering approximately 5000 square feet, has been acquired by Mr. Frederick Carr, who is to open a modern cafeteria, the first of its kind to be introduced into New Zealand.
