LONDON, October 11

The output of steel ingots and castings in Great Britain in September was 754,700 tons, as against 658,900 tons in August, and 1,163,000 tons a year ago. Production of pig iron amounted to 429,800 tons, as against 443,000 tons in August, and 726,600 tons in September, 1937.
