CHARGES DISMISSED

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day.

In the Magistrate's Court today three youths pleaded guilty to charges of unlawfully assaulting girls. The police said that there were faults on both sides, but that in two of the cases the girls had offered inducement. The Magistrate, Mr. E. C. Lewey, after warning the accused, dismissed the charges and ordered suppression of the names of all concerned.
