CZECH PREVENTION DECREES

PRAGUE, October 12
Decrees have been issued in Prague to prevent the hasty selling of lands on the new frontiers in order to stop a stampede inland.
Registration is also provided for Sudeten German refugees. The German refugees will be returned to Germany.
