PETONE COURT

Cases in the Petone Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M.

For failing to give way to traffic approaching from the right at intersections, Harry Tapson and Albert Richard Parker were each fined £1 and costs.

Fines were imposed as follows in these cases where a speed of 30 miles per hour was exceeded in the borough: Ngaire McLaren, £2 10s and costs; Melville Prior and Florence May Kircaldie, £2 each and costs; Henry Higgins, 30s and costs.
