INTOXICATION IN CHARGE

Eric Clarence Taylor.was sent to prison for two months today for being intoxicated in charge of a car. A charge of failing to give information which would lead to the identification of the driver was.dismissed.
The accused was driven by a hired driver, and when stopped by an inspector advised the driver to run away, which he did.. The defendant subsequently refused to identify the driver.
