MANOR PARK CLUB

The following competitions will be played on the Manor Park links at the weekend: — On Saturday there will be an 18----hole stroke, this being the final of the monthly medal rounds for club trophies and also the president's trophy. On Sunday morning a mixed fourball bogey will be played for the club captain's trophy and in the afternoon there < will be an 18-hole stableford. .

The third round of the championship will be played on Sunday, and the third round of the Veterans' Cup will be completed this weekend. In the two-life competitions there are three pairs left in both senior and junior. sections, each pair now having only one life in hand. The draws for the final matches are as follows: —

Senior. —Trewby and Fulton v. Woodhouse and Innes; winners v. Page and Radford.

Junior. —Smith and Dawson v. Bilderbeck and Marshall; winners v. Swandon and Glennie.

During Labour Day weekend the club will hold a tournament open to members only, ladies and men. This will commence with a qualifying round on the Saturday, and will be followed by flight matches on the following days. Other competitions have also been arranged.
