MANAGERIAL. * was a pleasure to sec such a large Violence last evening; apparently the word of mouth praise that has been lauded on "Pasteur" since its release iv Wellington two years ago has taken effect. The season ->f this picture is definitely limited to two more nights—Tonight and Tomorrow. To the thousands of Wellingtonians who have not vet seen it—we personally URGE YOU NOT TO MISS IT! And in support of our statement that it ,= is well worth while—may we remind them of.these facts :->- ---1. "The Story of Louis Pasteur" is the picture that made the world recognise PAUL MUNI as the greatest actor of the day. It raised him from comparative oblivion to fame overnight. 2. PAUL MUNI won the coveted Academy Award for the best performance by any artist • for 1936 for his role in this picture. 3. During the time "PASTEUR" was breaking records in New York, Londpn, and Paris, the film was released in Wellington, where it played two weeks in its original season and a one-week season transfer to the Rivoli Theatre, and another city theatre, the picture playing simultaneously at these two theatres to comparatively poor houses. Despite that fact, we courageously bring BACK TO YOU, so that at least the opportunity of seeing it has been afforded every MAN, "WOMAN, AND CHILD IN THE DISTRICT. . • The Manager, Rivoli Theatre. ■ RIVOLI .
