STOP PRESS m - OCCUPATION OP SUDETENLAND. London.—The correspondent of "The Times" at Berlin says that the High Command has announced the completion of the occupation of Zones 1 and 2. The third will be completed on October 5 and the fourth on October 6 and 7. The international boundary commission and the plebiscite subcommittee are at present determining the areas involved in the frontier of 1200 miles after which they will make a decision respecting the size of the international force which is to police the. plebiscite.
