GUARANTEED PRICE
EXTENSION URGED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, September 25.
Extension of the guaranteed price to all farm produce was advocated by Mr. J. A. Beck, Labour candidate for Awarua, in opening his campaign. He claimed that farmers could not stand up to fluctuations in world prices-and their incomes should be stabilised.
