The correspondent of "The Times* at Gibraltar says that the Spanish nationalists, fearing fresh trouble ia Spanish Morocco which is believed to be the result of a loyalist plot ia which French participation is suspected, dispatched three transports full of troops and escorted by wai> ships to Ceuta.
