IF HITLER REJECTS PLAN

Three Ministers, MM. Mandel, Reynaud, and Champetier de Ribes, left their.resignations with the Premier, M. Daladier, but they have not been accepted' pending news from. Godesberg.
They declared their opposition to further concessions to Herr Hitler, and demand that their resignations shall be accepted if Herr Hitler declares that the Anglo-French plan is insufficient and if he requires further dismembei*ment of Czechoslovakia and insists upon the Polish and Hungarian claims being met.
