COMBINED SKI CLUBS
FIRST ANNUAL DANCE
The Ski Clubs of Wellington combined on Wednesday night to hold their first annual dance. The Oddfellows' Hall was gaily decorated in the colours of the various clubs, which included the Tararua Tramping Club, Ruapehu Ski Club, Hutt Valley Tramping Club, Victoria University Tramping Club, Paua Tramping Club, and the Rue-sac Club.
The dance committee included Misses Joan Murphy (wearing black taffeta), D. Luff (blue georgette), L. Milne (black taffeta), and Messrs. C. Stubley, S. Davis, D. Warburton, W. Picton, and W. Laurence.
During the course of the evening Miss M. McGreevey gave a tap dance which was much appreciated.
