Buckman, 4 and 2; L. Cocker beat T. McWhirter, 6 and 5; J. Watkins beat H. J. Shanks, -6 and 4; C. Tonks beat J. Hartwell. 1 up; J. MoInnes beat R. Patterson, 1 up; B. J. Doogan beat R. J. McElligott, 2 and 1, P. .Kennedy beat A. Thomson, 2 and In the second round Craighead beat Webber, 5 and 4; J. Watkins beat Cocker, 4 and 2; Mclnnes beat Tonks, 4 and 3; Kennedy beat Doogan, 1 up. In the first round of the junior championship over 18 holes H. White beat R. H. Milne, 5 and 3; A. Mudgway beat A. Elton, 3 and 1; K. Smith beat G H. Easte, 4 and 2; W. J. Cooch beat M-De Woolf, 5 and 4; N. Lincoln beat W.; Shilling, 2 up; F. Laycock beat F. J. Wilson, 3 and 1; W. Barke beat W. O'Neill, 9 and 7; E. Ganson beat L. B. Southward, 7 and 6. In the second round Mudgway beat White, 4 and 3; Hood beat Cooch, 2 and 1; Lincoln beat Laycock, 4 and 2; Barke,beat Ganson, 4 and 3. A bogey competition in the morning was won by J. Watkins, who finished all square. Next came C. Aamodt, 1 down; W. J. Cooch, C. B. Eversleigh, A. McLean, A. G. Minifie, H. D. Wilson, H. White, 2 down. A stableford event in the afternoon was won by J. Watkins, who scored 34 points. Next came E. J. F. Andrews, C. B. Eversleigh,. A. E. Watkins, C. Wheeler, H. D. Wilson, 32 points.
