In the second round of-the Paekakariki Ladies' Club championship, Miss Lyndon1 won from Miss R. Smith by default; Miss. J. Smith beat Miss Grimstone; Miss. Robinson won from Mrs. White by default; Miss James beat Miss Proudfoot.
The flag match was won by Mrs. Nicol, who placed the flag on the eighteenth fairway. s The draw for the fifth round of the two-lives competition is as follows: — Miss James and Mrs. F. Smith; Mrs. Marshall and Mrs. Gunn; Mrs. White and Miss Simpson; Mrs. Nicol and Miss Dorizac; Miss Eberlat and Miss Proudr foot; Miss Robinson and Miss Lynch; Miss R. 'Smith and Miss Lyndon; Miss J. Smith and Mrs. McDowell. Other players' are to arrange their own partners for the medal round.
