TRAFFIC BREACHES

Offenders against the traffic regulations appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday-

Stanley Walter David Judd was fined £2 and costs for failing to give way to the right. For breaches of the parking regulations, Percy William Mills, Norman George Fraser, and Parun Louis were fined 15s and costs, and Stanley Dowdall List and Walter Henry Joseph Thomas 10s and costs.

For driving without a licence Cecil George Cole and Harold Alfred Finney were fined 5s and costs. William Henry Grant was fined £1 and costs for going against a traffic light. For exceeding the speed limit Maurice Blundell was fined 30s and costs, Clement Rutherford Hall £2 and costs, and William Herbert Jones £2 and costs. Frank Allen Martin was fined £2 and costs for driving at a speed which might have been dangerous.

For driving without due care and attention Ngakau Taati and Albert Ward were fined £2 and costs.

Angus William Thompson was fined £1 and costs for driving in a manner which might have been dangerous. "William Capper was fined £5 and costs for exceeding the licensed load on a lorry, and Edwards Transport Service was fined £2 and costs for a similar offence.
