(Received September 3, 1.20 p.m.) INTERLAKEN, September 2. Two thousand people from.forty nations are attending the opening of a world assembly of the Oxford Group. There are 800 from Britain, and others from Japan, the United.States, France,. Germany, the Orient, Scandinavia, the Little Entente, and the Balkans.
