SINGING CANARY
"My bird is named Tootles. I feed him on seed, greens, and apple. Sometimes I put a mirror in his cage and he thinks there's another bird. Tootles loves his swing. He jumps on to it and looks through the top of his cage. He is very shy if you go near him. Sometimes he flaps his wings so hard that I wonder if he wants me to know he has them. He thinks great, hard seeds are lovely, but he wastes many small ones." "PRINCESS POPPY" (9). ] Brooklyn.
