SOUTHERN SEED MARKETS.
(By- Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 26. The seasonal demand for small seeds has not. yet set in in earnest, although there has been some inquiry this, week for grass seeds. Quotations are unchanged. Large quantities of seed wheat continue to go out and it is anticipated that the demand will continue for another fortnight. It is not yet possible, however, to give an accurate estj* mate of. the area that is likely to b« sown. . .
