(Received August 26, 2 p.m.) HAIFA, August 24. Mr. W. S. Moffatt, Assistant Commissioner at Jenin, who., was dangerously wounded by a terrorist-ash« entered his office, has succumbed to his injuries. A hunchbacks Arab has since been identified as the murderer. He wai fatally shot in attempting to escape from a military camp.
