SYDNEY, This Day.

Mr. Justice Maxwell, in the Court of Disputed Returns, granted the petition of Mr. W* C. Milne to have the polling in the Gordon electorate in the last State election declared void on the ground of irregularities regarding postal votes. Mr. H. B. Turner, who had been declared elected by a majority of nine votes, and Mr. Milne will again contest the by-election as United Australia Party candidates.
