SAID TO BE EXHAUSTED
INTIMATION TO POWERS
LONDON, August 22,
The '"Manchester Guardian"" says it is understood that the secretary of the Non-intervention Cbmmittee has sent out an intimation that the Committee's funds are now exhausted and that unless the Powers represented pay their contributions by October 10 it will be necessary to dismiss the Committee's staff and representatives abroad and on the seas.
