WEEKEND RESULTS

TE MARUA CLUB

On Sunday afternoon a fourball bestball bogey competition was held at the Te Marua links, and resulted in a win for Cooper and Pope, who finished 3 up, the next pair being. Paul and Loader, 2 up. In the morning Cooper and J. Stewart, who tied for the Bolt Cup, replayed,, and this resulted in a win for Cooper, who scored 35 to Stewart's 33.

On Sunday, the competition for the captain's trophy, consisting of 36 holes of medal play, was to have been played, but it has been decided to postpone this until September 11, so as to give competitors. in other competitions an opportunity to get their matches played next weekend. Matches not played next weekend will be scratched.
