GENEVA, August 19,

Britain has informed the League of Nations that she has agreed to convene a conference to consider measures for the operation of a convention to facilitate the circulation of educational films. Britain will propose at this conference that the International Committee on Intellectual Co-operation be entrusted with the role given by a convention to the Institute of Educational Cinematograph at Rome which was recently closed by the Italian Government.
