In the final for the captain's trophy on the Paekakariki links yesterday, W. Colton beat A. Smith, 3 and 1.
A medal round yesterday morning resulted in a tie between A. Gollop, 80, 11—69, F. Marshall, 83, 14—69, and H. Holton, 88, 19—69. Marshall won on a count back.
A combined stableford event yesterday afternoon was won by W. Gollop and H. Bundle, with 65 points.
