BRITAIN AND AMERICA
(British Official Wlrelesa.J (Received August 20, 11.45 a.m.) RUGBY, August 19. At the meeting of the British Association, Dr. Moulton, permanent secretary of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, stated that the proposal to form a division of the British Association to study the social and international relations of science would be welcomed in the United States. He added that co-op-eration between British and American scientists would be intensified immediately. Next year there would be an interchange of speakers at the meetings of the two associations.
