LONDON, July 14.
The Rome correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that for the guidance of the Minister of Popular Culture a group of university professors reported that the racial composition of Italians is purely Aryan, with no African admixture. Jews do not belong to the Italian race.
This has disquieted Jews who recently failed to secure promotion in the army and the navy, and they are being advised to retire.
