PUBLIC TRUSTEE'S CLAHVI

CHRISTCHURCH, July 13.
Argument on facts and law was heard in the third day; of- action by the Public Trustee to recover £8450 from the Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand, Ltd., in the Supreme Court before Mr. Jus-tice-Northcroft.
Mr. H. P. Richmond, counsel for the defendant company, had begun, his argument the previous afternoon and continued this morning and part of the afternoon. At the conclusion of his address, Mr. T. P. Cleary addressed the Court on the facts, and had begun his legal argument wherfthe Court adjourned until this morning. \
