Germany is becoming most apprehensive lest her economic penetral tion of the Balkans may be checked, according to the *Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph." j Trade papers, he states, complain of rumours that England desires to enrol Greece in a "trade front" against Germany and also point out that Rumania is tending to turn from trading with Germany in order [to curry favour with Western I Powers.
