EMPIRE FLYING-BOAT
SERVICE

SYDNEY, This Day.
With a total of 22 persons aboard, including passengers, the Qantas^ Empire Airways flying-boat Cooee left the Rose Bay air base this morning cm the first flight in "running in" the service in preparation for the official Empire air-mail service in August.
