A stableford competition played at the Belmont links on Saturday afternoon was won by J: Rudman, 35, 3 — 38. Next were P. Brice, 22, 15—37, and A. Climo, 21, 14—35. A mixed foursome competition yesterday was won by Miss K. Farquhar (33) and M. K. Fleet (13), with a net 70. Next were Miss N. Marshall (36) and E. Taylor (6), 72, and Mrs. G. Spence (28) and W. Jarvie (16), with 73.
The following players qualified in the competition for the secretary's trophy (in order of scoring):—W. Jarvie, N. Rudman, R. Fielding, M. Leineweber, P. Ryan, J. Sutherland, T, Harkins, F. Kean, G. Mayo, J. Rudman, E. Cameron, R.- Homersham, M. Fleet, I. Tustin, G. Smith, J. Corson.
