A well-attended meeting for the purpose of forming a branch of the Labour Party at Wainui-o-mata was held on Wednesday evening and addressed by Mr. Combs, Labour candidate for Wellington Suburbs. Mr. Combs spoke of the aims and achievements of the Labour Party, and the request to form a branch of the party was signed by 23 supporters. _,
