Some members of the New Zealand Rugby League Council are in favour of the "no-replacement" rule. The English and Australian Rugby Leagues will not entertain any suggestion of its removal. But what will the New Zealand supporters of the rule think now when the Kiwis on the present tour have had to play a man short for a period of play in four matches to date?
